Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1/2 cup hard tofu (soy paneer)
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 3 cups cooked Chinese rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sliced white part of spring onion
- Salt to taste
Direction
- 01Heat the oil in a wok or a broad non-stick pan, add the spring onions and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
- 02Add bean sprouts, and 5 spice powders and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
- 03Add the rice, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
- 04Add the tofu, mix gently and cook on a high flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
- 05Serve hot garnished with spring onion leaves.
